Our Programs
At TRUE Addiction and Behavioral Health, we are dedicated to the success of our treatment programs for substance use disorder (SUD) and mental health disorders. The level of behavioral health we provide doesn’t change from program to program. You will receive evidence-based therapeutic services at each level of care we provide. Our team of healthcare providers understands the ins and outs of substance abuse and mental health treatment. Some members of our staff are in long-term recovery. They can help clients in a unique way that not all clinicians can do. Meeting the specific needs of our clients is essential to recovery. Our flexible scheduling options allow you to maintain personal commitments while receiving the needed treatment. We have strong connections with each level of care offered. This allows for seamless transitions between the different levels. We can ensure individuals receive continuous therapy as they progress through recovery. Our programs include access to evidence-based and alternative treatment services focusing on the whole person, not just specific addiction-related symptoms. Our therapists consider our clients’ physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being, allowing them to achieve balance and develop coping skills.
Our Programs
Partial Hospitalization Program
Our partial hospitalization program (PHP) provides intensive and structured care to individuals. It is ideal for clients who need more support than outpatient therapy but do not need 24-hour hospitalization. Our clients attend treatment sessions several hours a day, several days a week.
They undergo this program while living at home or in another supportive environment. Treatment can include individual therapy, group therapy, medication management, and other therapeutic activities, depending on each client’s necessary level of care. Our clients must be fully committed to their recovery and willing to participate in treatment.
Intensive Outpatient Program
Our intensive outpatient program (IOP) provides structured therapy and support. Our clients continue living at home or in a supportive environment. IOPs involve attending treatment sessions several times a week for several hours as a part of their behavioral health treatment. This allows clients to maintain their work or school schedules.
Treatment can include individual and group therapy, medication management, and other therapeutic activities. IOPs benefit clients who need more support than traditional outpatient therapy. However, they do not require around-the-clock hospitalization.
Sober Living Program
Our sober living homes offer structured housing that provides additional accountability through drug tests and curfews. Sober living is often used in conjunction with PHP and IOP. Sober living offers structured housing that provides additional accountability through drug tests, curfews, and peer support groups. Sober living is often used with PHP and IOP and makes for an easier transition back to daily life and obligations.
Peer-Run
This format is an informed residence where people who already know each other live together during their recovery. The residents agree on the rules of the house. Some basic requirements include house meetings, drug screenings, and holding each other accountable during sobriety. This independent format typically does not have clinicians come out to the homes. However, residents continue attending the treatment facility for group therapy.
Monitored
This option is housed in a single-family home. A resident who has been in the program a while, a senior resident, supervises the house and acts as a house manager. Because of the commitment, this individual is usually compensated for their work. As with peer-run homes, residents can expect to engage in house meetings and drug screenings and follow established house rules.
Supervised
Our treatment facility has direct involvement in this format. We provide consistent monitoring of the mental health conditions of our clients. Our staff offers any necessary health services and teaches coping skills and other psychotherapy as needed for each individual and group session. To take treatment a step further, we teach life skills and address the importance of having high self-esteem and self-awareness. Every staff member involved in supervised sober living housing is certified.
Integrated Therapies
This sober living structure is a transitional format for clients completing their addiction treatment program. As with the supervised model, our therapists come to the homes and guide life skills and coping skills development.
Our Treatments
TRUE utilizes the latest and most effective treatment techniques to help clients overcome addiction and mental illness. Using a combined approach of integrative therapies, psychiatric care, and holistic methods, we aim to treat the underlying causes of addiction and help our clients restore their lives.
Below is a glimpse at some of the services we offer.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
is a psychological treatment effective for various disorders. These include depression and anxiety disorders and substance use issues. It also helps those with marital problems, eating disorders, and mental illness. Evidence-based research shows that CBT significantly improves functioning and quality of life.
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
is a psychological service used to treat addiction through inpatient and outpatient treatment options. DBT helps clients who struggle with managing their emotions and relationships and individuals considering self-harm. This treatment is ideal for individuals with emotion regulation, impulse control, and social difficulties.
Holistic Therapy
is an alternative treatment service that focuses on the whole person, not just specific addiction-related symptoms. Our therapists consider our clients’ physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being, allowing them to achieve balance and develop coping skills. We use several holistic therapy services, including yoga, creativity, fitness, equine, and more.
12-Step Facilitation
is an approach that doesn’t follow a linear path like a traditional 12-step program. Without a non-12-step system, we create a customized plan for aftercare that could include medication assistance and management, detoxification, therapy, dual diagnosis treatment, and more.
Relapse Prevention
is a set of techniques our therapists use to prevent our clients from returning to destructive behaviors and thinking. The therapist assists the client with identifying triggers and exchanging them for positive behaviors. The goal for this component of a treatment plan is long-term recovery by preventing addictive behaviors.
